The concept really is quite interesting. When I first saw it as a thumbnail it even scared me a bit because I associate long tongues with snakes, while the mouth was definitely human :) . The only thing is, I'm not quite sure why there is such a difference in focus between the leg and the mouth?

I really like the sharp focus of the legtongue and the more difused look of the mough area. Both read really well visually and the difference really lends emphasis to the od shape of the tongue. Love it.
